Who are we?
We are a listing site for Red Tent’s Across Europe and at present have no formal registration or entity. We are a group of volunteers and we currently run this website and the Facebook Group (insert name) and Page (insert name)

You may provide us with information when you use our website or sign up to receive our email updates. You may also supply us with information when contacting us via email, phone or speaking with a member of staff.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number and IP address as well as details of the Red Tent you run if you choose to list your event with us. If you make a payment online or donation to us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise and are fully compliant in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. How We Use Your Information
We use your information in a number of ways, such as:
- Sending you information about and content from Red Tent Directory
- Sharing details of any listing you make with us including via our Facebook Page and Group
- Sharing information or articles that you provide us with our wider community
- Processing a payment that you have made
- Responding to correspondence you have sent to us
- Seek your views or comments on the services we provide.
- Notify you of changes to our services.
If you have previously provided us with your personal details to join our newsletter and you tell us you wish to list your Red Tent on our website we may use the personal details you provided to us on the previous occasion to save you having to give them to us again.
We may occasionally contact you to ask if you would be prepared to help us with our work or support our project financially although participation is purely voluntary. You can opt out at any time. Please see the ‘Unsubscribe’ section below for more information.
When you visit our site, we sometimes collect information that enables us to identify you and provide you with a more personalised service. We also aggregate statistics about our members to enable us to operate more effectively, but these statistics do not include information which can identify individuals.

Members of our Team of Volunteers have access to any information you have provided us with. Each of them has received and signed this policy and be trained in the management and protection of data.
We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we will have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the Red Tent Directory for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law. We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
Systems and practices are in place to ensure your personal data is used and stored in a secure manner. Any payment information is processed by our third party payment processors, who specialise and are fully compliant in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. All of our volunteers are trained in respect of data protection laws and sign to say they have read our policy when they join our volunteer team.
Non-sensitive details (your email address etc) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Use of ‘cookies’
