Rhiannon’s Path Moonlodge (Exeter)
The Rhiannon’s Path Red Tent is a place to honour ourselves as women, to enter into a sacred, healing, nurturing space. The first hour is usually a time of quiet contemplation or meditation, giving women time to arrive and to rest into the Temple space. Following this time, we sit in circle and introduce ourselves then share our stories, often around a particular theme connected to the seasonal cycles. Women only sit in the circle and share if they wish to and can sit in silence if they need to. We share food and have time to ask for what we may need for ourselves, whether that is to be held, to seek advice, or healing, or a foot rub…whatever is needed.
There is space within the Temple to rest, sleep, read, journal. Sometimes we may craft things or share stories, poems, songs and experience, sometimes we may sit in silence or do a guided meditation. The Rhiannon’s Path Red Tent is a place to receive and give energetic and emotional support to each other and simply share in the experience of reconnection and honouring.
