We open with a reading or poem and share a guided meditation, participate in a themed discussion, workshop or craft before we share in circle, followed by tea.

Do you ask participants to bring anything, wear red or make a donation?: Suggested donation of £5 to cover costs, surplus will be donated to a charity of the groups choice.
