What do you do in your Red Tents:

Quiet reflection, stretching/movement, heart sharing circle, tea and chocolate, sacred breath, songs. We are just starting out and are open to co-creating our Red Tent with the women who come. All suggestions and contributions welcome.

Do you ask participants to bring anything, wear red or make a donation?: We ask participants to bring something to sit on, to wear red if they
are drawn to do so. We ask for a donation of €5.
