A short meditation will take place to calm the mind and release energy, before taking a comfort break. The group will then come back together to take part in the activity for this session (based on seasons or interests and talents in the group) after which we join together for a final meditation / positive affirmation before closing the circle.

A small donation of £5 is asked for in order to cover room rent, refreshments and any materials needed for the sessions.

What does a Red Tent mean to you?

Red Tents are a place to be seen and heard as women and enjoy life. It’s a place of support and encouragement were you can recharge and enjoy the company of other women. A place you can feel safe and appreciated in a non judgemental, caring space. Explore interests and new possibilities, learn from each other. Feel Uplifted
