A short meditation will take place to calm the mind and release energy, before taking a comfort break. The group will then come back together to take part in the activity for this session (based on seasons or interests and talents in the group) after which we join together for a final meditation / positive affirmation before closing the circle.

Do you ask participants to bring anything, wear red or make a donation?:
Participants are welcome to bring items to share or to put on the circle table. They are welcome to wear red if they wish, but more importantly they need to dress however makes them feel comfortable. A small donation of £5 is asked for in order to cover room rent, refreshments and any materials needed for the sessions.
