What do you do in your Red Tents:

We meet monthly, each tent will vary in theme. Everyone is able to express their thoughts and feelings, share food, and we do a variety of different activities and crafts – meditation, art, dancing, drumming, healing – also open to suggestions from members

Do you ask participants to bring anything, wear red or make a donation?: Please wear an item of red, would be lovely if you could bring along a vegetarian/vegan dish for us all to share (but not compulsory)
Suggested of donation £3 – to help fund our various activities and occasional day retreats/gatherings (non-profit)
